Laurel White, writer for the UW-Madison School of Education's online publication, focused on the development and growth of CALL since its inception. Laurel spoke with Principle Investigators Richard Halverson and Carolyn Kelley, CALL Project Director Mark Blitz, WCEPS Director Matt Messinger, IES Education Research Analyst Katina Stapleton, and many of the CALL educators that have used the system in Utah, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania.
